Q.  What is your return policy?
 
A.  1. You may return a product you purchased from us within 7 days of receipt, unless the product has been opened or tampered with. Please Note: a) Shipping charges will not be refunded.  b) A refund will not be credited until we receive the item, 2. It is the buyer’s responsibility to read and understand the description of the item.  If you are unclear about any of the information we have provided, please email us so that we can assist you further. 
 

Q.  When can I expect my order to arrive (orders shipped within the USA, Puerto Rico or Guam)?
 
A.  Orders shipped within the USA are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (usually arrives within 1-4 business days of shipping) or UPS (1-5 business days.  Orders shipped to  Puerto Rico and Guam are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and may be require more time for processing.  Expedited shipping is available upon request.  Please email us with your zip code, and we will be happy to quote you a rate.
 
 
Q.  Do you charge a handling fee?
 
A.  We do not typically charge a handling fee; however, we package your order with great care.
 

Q.  Do you ship internationally?
 
A.  Yes! We ship internationally via the United States Postal Service Express Mail International (estimated at 5-8 business days to arrive in your country).  Our USPS Express Mail International rates are DISCOUNTED. Additionally, we offer free shipping when your order totals $250.00 or more.  We do not inflate shipping charges - In most cases we assume a portion of the shipping charge to reduce your shipping charge. Q.  How Can I make my body mist/fragrance or body lotion last longer?
 
A.  Try layering your products.  First, apply your body lotion then apply your body mist.  Together they will last longer.

Q.  What is the difference between after shave lotion and after shave balm?
 
A.  After shave lotion will usually sting as well as help close the pores after shaving. After shave balm is actually soothing to the skin. 
 

Q.  Why use shower gel instead of soap?
 
A.  Shower gel is a cleanser, just like soap, but in a different form; however, it is much gentler than a soap.  In addition, shower gel does not leave a film on you skin or in the bath tub!
