Oil and dirt from your face will stay on your applicators if you don’t take a moment to properly clean them. That’s why Silva and Lorenz offer Blendercleanser, the perfect hygienic companion for your Beautyblender.

Blendercleanser is a lightly lavender-scented cleanser that’s free of dyes and skin irritants. It’s soothing soy-based, low-suds formula breaks down rapidly, making it earth-friendly and fun to use. Soy has the added benefit of being one of nature’s finest moisturizers, so by all means, clean up with class and do it often.

Directions for using Blendercleanser: Wet Beautyblender. Apply a dime-sized amount of Blendercleanser to soiled areas of Beautyblender. Work into a lather, rinse, repeat if necessary. Squeeze to remove excess water. Set Beautyblender on insert pedestal to dry. You can also put Beautyblender in the dryer. Be sure to use an air-dry setting; Beautyblender should not come in contact with extreme heat of any kind.

General Store Policies:

1. Payment is due at the time of purchase.
2. Orders are generally processed for shipment within two business days.
3. Occasionally, an item will not be available at the time of purchase due to unexpectedly high demand. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel any order. If this occurs, you will be notified and you can either opt for another item; however additional charges may apply if the replacement item is greater in value than your original choice, and certainly if the replacement product is less in value than your original choice we will credit you the difference. If you decide not to choose a replacement product then we will issue a refund no more than 3 days from the date of payment.
4. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Pease allow 2-5 business days for delivery.
5. International orders are shipped via USPS Express International Mail.
   • Please check with your local customs and postal facilities to determine if your package may be subject to fees.
   • If your order is a gift (you request a gift shipment), there is limit to the dollar amount customs will allow an item to be duty and tax free. Please check with your local customs office to determine this amount.

We ship internationally via USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail International, which is are expedited services. We charge a flat rate for our Priority Mail and Express Mail International packages.  Our international shipping rates are discounted versus the rates charged by the United States Postal Service.

Additionally:

1. We do not charge a handling fee; however, we take great care in packaging your order.
2. Shipping insurance covers damaged or undelivered packages.
3. Please email us if you have we can be of further assistance.

You may return a product you purchased from us within 7 days of receipt, unless the item has been opened or tampered with (ie: If the item is sealed and the seal or plastic has been opened, removed or tampered with).Our supplier will not accept items that have been opened or tampered with.

1. Please Note:

   a) Shipping charges will not be refunded.

   b) Return postage fees will not be credited.

   c) A refund will not be credited until we receive the item.

2. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item. We will either issue a full refund or we will ship a replacement. A replacement or refund will not be sent until we receive the returned item.
