1. Payment is due at the time of purchase.
2. Occasionally, an item will not be available at the time of purchase due to unexpectedly high demand. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel any order. If this occurs, you will be notified and you can either opt for another item; however additional charges may apply if the replacement item is greater in value than your original choice, and certainly if the replacement product is less in value than your original choice we will credit you the difference. If you decide not to choose a replacement product then we will issue a refund no more than 3 days from the date of payment.
3. Orders are generally processed within two business days.
4. We do not typically charge a handling fee; however, we take great care in packaging your order.

Return Policy:

1. You may return a product you purchased from us within 7 days of receipt, unless the item has been opened or tampered with.  Our supplier will not accept items that have been opened or tampered with.

   a. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
   
   b. A refund will not be credited until we receive the product(s).
2. If the item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item.  We will either issue a full refund or we will ship a replacement.  A replacement or refund will not be sent until the item is returned.
3. It is the buyer’s responsibility to read and understand the description of the item.  If after reading the description you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact us (email us) before you complete your order.
